MISSION: Art Child mission is to provide children from all backgrounds with the guidance, support and the opportunities necessary to effectively develop their artistic expression, form positive social relationships and enhance academic performance.
Art Child, is an initiative started by In Da Industry in association with and CKCUFM. The ultimate goal has been to embrace and to empower children to do activities that are no longer readily available within the school system.
On January 27th 2013, the second annual staging of Art Child will be held at the Glebe Community Center at 175 Third Avenue, from 12 noon until 7pm. Art Child is a one day art festival that fosters the development of the arts by providing free workshops to children of all ages in a wide range of art forms.
